Nairobi's rising population especially for the lower and middle income communities has necessitated redevelopment of adjacent regions specifically to cater for housing. The exercise explores solutions that aim to improve the mobility, housing and economic exposure for low income households in Ruiru town, 20 km North of Nairobi.
